In the life of a researcher (and possibly also of a parent) one tries to get from one place to the other as quickly as possible and thus take the car for not wasting time. However, both experience and research show that spending a little more time by walking will boost your mood, sharpens your memory, enhance creativity, and improves brain health. I will talk about how walking is an important part of my daily life and how it has helped me to master the life as a researcher.
